ASHLEY WINELAND’S “TUMBLEWEED” BLOWS THROUGH 50+ CITIES ON TOUR

Fueling Your Soul With A Whirlwind Romance Produced by Marti Frederiksen

The prodigal daughter of Arizona has Country running through her veins, allowing everything she turns her undeniable talent to become an authentically exhilarating impact on the senses. Her voice deserves to be regarded as an elemental force of nature in its own right. If it wasn’t so pure with soul, it would be unholy. — A&R Factory

Wineland’s storytelling is vivid and relatable, painting pictures of open roads, wild nights, and the unbreakable spirit of adventure. This theme is mirrored in her own career journey, as she prepares to hit the road for a nationwide tour, bringing her electrifying performances to audiences across the US. — We Write About Music

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — In the midst of her 50+ city tour and fresh off a show-stopping performance opening for Jo Dee Messina, Ashley Wineland announces her third single, “Tumbleweed,” a pure collision of hope and heartbreak. Produced by the legendary Marti Frederiksen—renowned for his work with Carrie Underwood, Ozzy Osborne, and Aerosmith. “Tumbleweed” is an unsettled romance, intense and consuming yet fleeting. The lyrics capture a love that blows in like a forceful wind, sweeping you off your feet only to move on just as quickly, leaving a trail of dust.

“That boy is a tumbleweed

Just tumbling over love

Never knowing what he’s got

Never sticks around for long enough

Just when you think you’re falling in

Head over heels

He’s kicking up a trail of dust

Spinning like a tractor wheel

Rolling on and on and on and on

Rolling on and on and on”

Ashley says, “The lyrics tell the story of a whirlwind romance with a person who is so powerful and all-encompassing, only for that person to eventually roll on to the next best thing. It’s full of hope and heartbreak. Country as country love songs can get!” This type of love is thrilling, much like the high-energy of Ashley’s previous singles, “Crank It Up" and "Heartbreak Boots" leaving you craving more.

“Tumbleweed was the first song Marti and I started working on together. We both loved the epic feel of the instrumentation and the story that the song tells. I’m so grateful it is finally getting to make its debut to the world,” adds Ashley.

Ashley’s connection to the outdoors, where she spends time riding horses and dirtbikes, is reflected in her music’s raw authenticity. This genuine spirit resonates deeply with her fans, affectionately known as ‘Winelanders,’ who embrace the adrenaline of her music with the same passion. “I imagine this song being one of those that you listen to in the car, windows down, and singing your heart out to,” she shares.

Over the past decade, Ashley has toured extensively across the U.S., performing at major events including MLB, NFL, NASCAR, and Supercross Championships. Her journey also includes stays at over 50 Kampgrounds of America (KOA) sites, which have garnered significant engagement from fans and campers alike.

“Taking these new original songs out on the road has been a blast! Whether it’s at a show, camping at one of the many Kampgrounds of America (KOA) we stay at on tour, or even pulling through a gas station, people are so excited to hear and learn about the new project. I am so blessed to share these songs with so many folks,” says Ashley.

A true embodiment of country music, Ashley’s roots are deeply grounded in the Arizona dirt, channeling the spirit of her outdoor lifestyle as she continues touring across the U.S. this fall. To learn more about Ashley Wineland, visit www.ashleywineland.com.
